    Brian Gianci joined Corbett & Dullea in 2005. As a member of the Residential Sales Team Brian has has been one of Corbett & Dullea’s top residential sales agents.

    Brian has a unique and nuanced understanding of the New York City real estate market. He is known for his encyclopedic knowledge of pricing and comparables, attention to detail and innate understanding of submarket values. He advises his clients with integrity and provides disciplined advice based on an innovative interpretation of the best available information.

    Brian Gianci is also a New York City writer/actor. His screenplays include: Malcontent; Two Thieves, a Girl named Florine and an Extremely Rare, Perfectly Cut, Fifty Thousand Dollar, Fire Opal Diamond; Psychopathic Yoga; The Banana Republican; and a screen adaptation of his play, Saturn Return entitled, “A Field Guide To Monkeywrenching” which he will be starring in. Brian has also written several plays. His latest play, Let’s Kill Grandma This Christmas, premiered Off-Broadway in early 2013 to a strong critical response. It will be remounted with Ghost Light Projects in Vancouver in late 2013. Brian has also worked extensively as an actor in film, television and theater including performances with Naked Angels and Abingdon Theater.
